Our Commitment to Quality & Transparency

At SnacDogg, every treat is crafted with your pet’s health in mind. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety and quality. This policy is designed to ensure you get exactly what you paid for, while protecting our small business from fraudulent claims.

1. Return Eligibility

To maintain strict hygiene standards for all our furry customers, we only accept returns under specific circumstances. You are eligible to return a product if you experience:

  • Transit Damage: The packaging was physically crushed, torn, or the seal was broken before you opened it.

  • Incorrect Item: You received a different product or variant than what you ordered.

  • Defective Product: The product inside an intact, sealed pouch was compromised or defective upon opening.

What is NOT eligible for a return:

  • Taste Preferences: Every dog and cat has a unique palate. We cannot offer returns or refunds if your pet is a picky eater or simply does not prefer the taste.

  • Used Products: Products where more than 10% of the contents have been consumed.

  • Change of Mind: Orders cannot be returned simply due to a change of mind after delivery.

2. The "Return to Refund" Rule

To process any refund, the product in question must be physically returned to our facility. We do not issue blind cash refunds. The item must be handed back to our courier partner in its original packaging (even if damaged) so our quality control team can inspect the issue and ensure it doesn't happen again.

3. How to Process a Return & Refund

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please follow these steps:

  1. The 48-Hour Window: Email our support team at care@snacdogg.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

  2. Provide Proof: Include your Order Number and clear photos of the issue. (Pro-tip: An unboxing video is the fastest way for us to approve a return request!)

  3. Reverse Pickup: Once our team approves your return request (within 24–48 hours), we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no cost to you. Please keep the packet ready in its original shipping box.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once the returned package reaches our facility, our team will inspect it. Upon successful verification, your full refund will be initiated immediately.

4. Refund Processing Times

Once the refund is initiated post-inspection, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay/UPI/Bank Account). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
